Bradley Fitness provides in-home personal training in Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Wilton, Norwalk & Westport.
My fitness career began at one of America’s biggest gyms where I taught proper resistance training, metabolic conditioning, CrossFit and the overall importance of fitness and nutrition. Over the last seven years, I have trained clients of all ages and fitness abilities – from teenagers struggling with weight issues to new moms looking to get back into pre-baby shape.
My goal as a personal trainer is to inspire my clients to embrace fitness as a lifestyle and provide you with the tools needed to reach your goals. I'll make sure you are being smart with your time and your training, using the most effective exercises to get sustainable results while preventing injuries. Taking the time to understand what motivates you helps me design exercise programs that are both challenging and fun.
I can't say that reaching your fitness goals will be easy, but if you work hard, practice consistency and eat right, I can coach you through setting realistic goals and provide you with the accountability and motivation you need to lead a healthier lifestyle.
